Intuitive Energy Coaching Session

Service Description

In an Intuitive Energy Coaching Session, we work together in a safe space to allow for what is pertinent to your experience at the time to come up, we clear and release what is causing you to suffer or struggle unnecessarily in your life all to bring about more clarity and joyful forward movement! As a reminder, energy coaching isn't talk therapy so taking this unique approach in sessions means not hashing through old stories, patterns of belief, and behaviors too much. You can state your issue and what you want instead and there won’t be much more talking about it! We’ll go right to work identifying old, outdated programs and emotional baggage buried in your tissues, microbiome and energy field that are not in alignment with you now to clear and release it. I work alongside those subconscious parts of you to create more harmony, alignment, and flow in you and with what you truly desire. *If you’re looking for someone to talk things out with I suggest finding a good mental health professional in addition to this approach. This and their approach can work well together and be very complementary!* I offer a completely customized, high-vibration energy approach for each session, not a canned method or curriculum. I value and hold what is true about you and your potential at all times. I support you in seeing + utilizing what is already inside of you that will allow you to more confidently move towards your goals and desires. Work is accomplished both on the phone as well as before and after your session. Each session will be an hour and 25 minutes on the phone, with an additional 35 minutes of energy work done on your behalf after our call. You can always make this a distance session as well. If you feel comfortable with having me do the work on your behalf, without a call, I will do so and send an email report after the session is complete.
