Energy Coaching/Therapy Session

Service Description

This call is for the woman who’s already doing the work—but knows she needs a little more support to move something big. Maybe you’ve hit resistance around a personal or professional goal, maybe you’re feeling unclear about your next steps, or maybe you just know something in your energy needs shifting so life can feel a more aligned moving forward. During this session, we’ll combine powerful, intuitive energy therapy with focused coaching to bring clarity, release stuck patterns, and create more forward momentum in your life or work. I’ll help you uncover what’s not in alignment with the life or goals you’re calling in—and we’ll get right to work clearing the outdated energy and emotional baggage that’s weighing you down. This is a deep-dive session designed to shift things from the inside out. While we can absolutely touch on business goals or other ventures, you don’t have to be in business to benefit. If you’re ready for a breakthrough and some high-integrity energetic support, you’re in the right place. We’ll go right to work doing energy work together that clears out old stories, buried emotions, & hidden programs to bring you more into the present so you can move forward in life with more clarity, purpose, and momentum. My goal is to bring your body and mind out of struggle or rehashing the past so you can release what no longer serves your higher goals with ease. Here’s what this session includes: • A 90-minute call where we tune into what’s present for you • Real-time energy therapy, intuitive coaching, and support to help you integrate the shifts in a way that actually holds—without the crash or overwhelm that can come from ungrounded or overly intense energy work • Additional energy work on your behalf after the call • Optional follow-up via email for light support Please note: • This session does not include access to the Vibrance Energy Dynamics system. That level of work is only available to clients enrolled in the year-long Mentorship Program and who have been cleared as ready to receive it. • This session may include teaching or reviewing basic energy therapy techniques, especially if you’ve already mentored with me.
